The Canes are in!

The College Football Playoff selection committee selected Miami to play in the national championship playoffs.

Miami received the #10 final ranking, ahead of Notre Dame. The Canes will travel to College Station to take on the #7 Texas A&M Aggies.

Notre Dame was unfortunately left out of the playoffs. The Irish deserved to be in the playoffs but the criteria caught up to them when the committee ranked the Canes and the Irish side-by-side, effectively forcing the face-to-face tiebreaker.

Congratulations to our Canes! Now, let’s finish strong with the sixth national championship.
