Canes headed to Gainesville Regional

Miami is headed to the Gainesville Regional for opening action in the first round of the NCAA National Tournament.

The Canes (38-18) are the #2 seed and will open play against #3 seed Troy (32-29) at 6:00 p.m. ET. Coverage will be on ACCN.

The winner of the Gainesville Regional will advance and play the winner of the Hattiesburg Regional in the best-of-three Super Regionals.
