Mario Cristobal and his staff flipped five-star edge Jaiden Bryant (Columbia, SC - Irmo) from LSU on Wednesday.

Jaiden is the 17th verbal commitment to Miami’s class, now ranked #3 in the nation and #1 in the ACC. He chose Miami over such schools as LSU, Texas A&M and South Carolina, among his twenty-three scholarship offers.

At 6’-3.5”/245, Jaiden is rated 99, ranked the #2 edge rusher and #20 overall prospect in the 2027 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite. Jaiden joins edge commit Jayvon Dawson in Miami’s class
