As of this writing, Miami has eleven verbal commitments to their 2027 recruiting class, now ranked #11 in the country.
Miami is projected to sign a smaller class this cycle, between 20-22 recruits. That means the Canes must be very selective as they fill out the year’s class.
First, let’s look at remaining needs. Miami still has needs at wide receiver, offensive line, tight end, defensive line, linebacker and safety. With that in mind, who are the most wanted recruiting targets still on the board as we prepare for official visits?

BOTTOM LINE:
It will be challenging to land all this talent. But if the Canes did…
…this 21-man class would end with a total score of 311.32. That score would have resulted in the #1 class in 2026, 2025, 2024 and #2 in 2023, 2022.
Miami is in a good position to land a top ten class this cycle.
GO Canes!
