5-star guard to OV this weekend

Miami will host elite combo guard Dylan Mingo (Glen Head, NY - Long Island Lutheran) on an official visit this coming weekend.

At 6’-5”/190, Dylan is rated 99, ranked the #2 combo guard and the #5 overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, according to the 247Sports Composite.

Dylan currently holds scholarship offers from 19 schools, with Miami, UConn, Washington and NC State in his top tier.

Dylan brings size and versatility, with a 6-foot-10”+ wingspan. He’s very young and raw. His potential is off the charts. He’s 16-years old and won’t turn 17 until October of his senior year.
