Miami’s 2027 recruiting class is currently ranked #15 in the country. Good but not great. Does this mean the Canes are falling off the recruiting trail?
NO!
With the success on the field in 2025 and the momentum gained at 305 Day and the list of spring practice visitors, Miami is extremely well positioned to surge up the rankings quickly. That momentum drew when the #3 wide receiver in the 2027 cycle , Nick Lenear committed to the Canes during 305 Day. But it’s going to take more blue chip commitments to get Miami’s class to the elite level.
Who are some targets who can make it happen?
At this time, there are two prospects trending heavily to Miami that could trigger a Miami spring surge.

College football recruiting is a marathon, not a sprint, for the elite talent. However, these two young men would keep Miami’s momentum going on the trail and position the Canes for even more success during official visits in June.
