Miami beats Notre Dame, again, 81-69

Miami traveled to South Bend on Tuesday night to take on the Notre Dame, beating the Irish, 81-69.
It was Miami’s 10th straight victory, the first time the program has achieved this win streak in eight seasons.
With the scored tied at 39 at halftime, the Canes broke open the game with a 17-5 run in the first six minutes of the second half to turn a 39-all halftime score into a 56-44 advantage. Miami held the Irish to 10 points during the first 10 minutes of the second half.
Miami point guard Tre Donaldson scored a team-high 23 points, while senior forward Malik Reneau recorded a double-double with 17 points, 10 rebounds and five steals. Freshman wing Shelton Henderson added 17 points and guard Dante Allen chipped in 11 points in the winning effort.
Miami (15-2, 4-0 ACC) shot 50% (29 for 58) from the floor.
The Canes travel to Clemson on Saturday to take on the #22 ranked Tigers.
