Miami rallies to beat Clemson, 8-3

The Canes exploded for five runs in the 10th inning to defeat Clemson, 8-3, on Thursday night at Clemson.
Miami (20-6, 3-4 ACC) jumped out to a 3-0 lead after three innings, but committed four errors to let the Tigers back into the game. Clemson (18-9, 1-6) rallied and by the 5th inning tied the game and sent it into extra innings. In the 10th inning, the Canes scored five runs behind the bats of Daniel Cuvet, Alex Sosa and Derek Williams.
On the mound, Ryan Bilka (2-0) shut down Clemson over the final three innings, allowing no runs while striking out five.
The series continues on Friday evening. First pitch is set for 8:00 p.m. ET with coverage on ACCN.
