Rivals released its updated 2027 Rivals300 rankings this week. Three Miami Hurricanes commits saw substantial jumps in the rankings.

The face of Miami’s class is five-star elite cornerback Donte Wright (Long Beach, CA - Poly). Donte jumped to #4 overall in the Rivals rankings. He is now the nation’s best defensive back prospect and firmly locked into Miami’s recruiting class.

Another Cane commit that saw his stock rise in this latest rankings update is wide receiver four-star commit Eli Woodard. He jumped 93 spots from #161 to #68 in Rivals’ rankings. Eli is now rated 94, the #22 wide receiver and the #132 overall prospect in the 2027 recruiting class, according to 247Sports Composite.

Miami four-star EDGE commit Jayvon Dawson experienced a massive jump in the Rivals' rankings from being unranked previously to #102. He is now rated 91, the #25 edge and #243 overall prospect in the 2027 recruiting class, according to 247Sports Composite.

Miami's evaluation process once again proves to be elite.
