Miami head coach Jai Lucas got his long rang bomber on Friday when former Indiana wing Nick Dorn gave his pledge to the Canes.
At 6’7”/225, Nick is rated 89 and ranked the #39 transfer shooting guard.
Despite battling injuries last season, Dorn flashed some high powered shooting over a three game stretch, scoring 23 points against Rutgers, 18 points against Purdue, and 26 points against UCLA. Over those three games, Dorn made 16 three-pointers.
Dorn is expected to fill a void for Miami in 2026-27.
Miami’s roster now stands at 10 scholarship players, with a limit of 13 players.
