WELCOME to the U, Treyvon Maddox!

Miami head coach Jai Lucas welcomed four-star small forward Treyvon Maddox (Orlando, FL - Oak Ridge) to Miami’s 2025 recruiting class.

At 6’-7”/190, Treyvon is rated 92, ranks as the #39 small forward and the #152 overall prospect in the 2025 recruiting class,, according to the 247Sports Composite.

Treyvon chose Miami over such schools as Boston College FSU, Georgia Tech, Illinois and LSU.

Trayvon brings good size, long arms and explosion to the basket. His versatility and basketball maturity (coach’s son) should translate on the defensive end of the floor. He will need to build mass and strength to be ready to compete at the next level.

Trayvon is the sixth 2025 recruit for the Canes and the 12th new member of Miami’s roster for the upcoming season.
