DB Kenton Dopson flips to UNC

In a surprising development on Wednesday night, DB Kenton Dopson de-committed from Miami and flipped to North Carolina.

For weeks, Dopson's de-commitment was strongly rumored. It appeared the Canes dodged that threat, but suddenly re-exploded late Wednesday.

Miami’s 2026 recruiting class now stands at 23 commits, ranked #12 in the nation and #1 in the ACC.
