Miami completed a run to the national championship game, winning 13 games, while capturing another top ten recruiting class.
Head coach Mario Cristobal and his staff have already begun to evaluate and offer scholarships to 248 prospective prospects in the 2027 class. To date, Miami has received FOUR non-binding verbal commitments.

OVERVIEW: Miami carried seven defensive linemen (David Blay Jr. Armondo Blount Artavius Jones, Ahmad Moten Sr. Daylen Russell , Justin Scott Donta Simpson ) on the 2025 roster, with Blay exhausting his eligibility after the season. At this time, Daylen Russell and Donta Simpson have announced their intention to enter the portal. Joining this room in 2026 will be Keshawn Stancil, Logan Nagle, and Frederic Sainteus. Miami prefers to carry 6-8 DT on the roster.
Look for Miami to sign 1-2 DT in the 2027 recruiting class.
