Miami basketball just finished a record-tying season. The Canes delivered a 19-win turnaround from last year's 7-24 record, tying a Division I record with a 26-9 record under new first-year head coach Jai Lucas. Miami powers past BC, 74-68
Miami controlled the paint in beating Boston College, 74-68, on the road on Saturday. The Canes used their power in the paint to gain a 44-30 point advantage over the Eagles. Miami (18-5, 7-3 ACC) was led by senior power forward Malik Reneau and freshman small forward Shelton Henderson . Reneau scored a team high 23 points and Henderson pumped in 19 points.
